ClientLogic and Sitel have announced a definitive merger agreement, meaning operations will soon fuse.
ClientLogic and publicly traded company Sitel announced this week that they have entered into a definitive merger agreement which will create a new company that will retain the “ClientLogic” brand, according to Dan Reyes, country manager and board director of ClientLogic Philippines.
